Welch Allyn CCD Barcode Scanner:  This is a brief description of the annual maintenance hardware support.  This service is for any library that demands telephone support in conjunction with the hardware support for any Welch Allyn 3800 CCD Scanner that was not purchased from Barcode-Depot.  We will provide telephonic and e-mail support to assist in making sure your Welch Allyn product works correctly with your Library Automation Software.

• Repair or Replace Promise
  • If your product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced.
  • No Deductibles or Hidden Charges
    After you have purchased a service contract, there are no additional out-of-pocket expenses
